Even though Nintendo didn’t have a traditional event at E3 this year, it doesn’t mean they didn’t have anything to show. On day one they dedicated 95% of the Nintendo Treehouse stream to The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild.
I decided to watch everything they had to show and I compiled six hours of awesomeness into just seven minutes for your viewing pleasure.
Was there something that you really liked the look of? Leave a comment below!
I was catching up on my Nintendo Treehouse earlier because I missed the last hour and a half. It was during the “Beyond the Plateau” video that I noticed more of the map was being shown.
I figured it was a good idea to get some screenshots and try to put it all together. I think this is a pretty accurate representation, even though I’m missing the upper north-west corner.
Considering The Plateau was all that was available in the demo and it was mentioned it’s far too big for the attendees to see it all… That’s a pretty damn big map!
Here we go! Here’s what IS@VG thought about what Microsoft had to share!

So, you’re interested in seeing what Nintendo, or ‘The Big N’ are bringing to the party huh? Well, luckily for you I have made some predictions of what we will see next week! I’m going to give you a rundown of what the Nintendo Direct will showcase. Keep in mind that this is not in order of appearance, but the order in which I made them up. I mean visioned… Yes, visioned…
Well, well, well. You wanna know what Sony has to show off at E3? I guess you clicked the right link then! My job today is to inform your good self on what exactly they will be exhibiting on the big stage. Sit back, relax and have a read about what to expect.
Alrighty then. Lets talk about Microsoft and what they have in store for E3 this year. Well, I guess we aren’t really talking. I’m typing and you’re reading. None the less it is time for you to become learned in the way Microsoft works at E3 2014.
2005 comes along and I’ve been out of school for a few years. I was working, so I wasn’t short a buck and Nintendo were about to release the handheld innovation, the Nintendo DS. After hearing rumours from an announcement that the new system would have two screens, reading about it in magazines, searching everyday on the internet and finally seeing the thing unveiled at E3, you could say I was a little bit excited.
Ryan and I both had pre-orders at EB Games in the city. I’m 99% certain I was meant to be at TAFE the day the machine came out, but I decided that this was far more important than doing what I was meant to be doing… Working on a website and video promotional package for Camp Quality… A charity foundation for kids with cancer…
