I really thought there was actually something wrong with me... but no... I just suck a lot. My dad just got me a PS2 for my birthday, although I enjoy videogames, I am now not too sure if having one is a good thing, because I get frustrated easily, and PS2 is one more reason to get frustrated since I SUCK at video games! So I have to fight the first colossus right? Well... I knew basically how it went, since a few months ago I saw a friend beat it... so I run behind him, stab his knee he falls down, then I start my way up... a freaking annoying alarm starts and I fall off !!! (It´s that damn stamina that wont hold much)... I try a couple more times, and nothing... I can´t reach that damn platform in his waist... so I go to youtube... I type "first colossus fight"... bunch of videos, one in particular with his explanation! Man, did I hate that dude... he was all like "well here you just stab the thing, climb it and reach that platform, see? it´s actually quite easy" (I hate you) "then uclimb his back, and just stab his head... and his dead" (yea, like it´s that easy)... but how the hell do they do it ?!?! Im pressing triangle to jump, R1 to hold on... but I cant get past his knee without the stamina running out !!! So I get frustrated... If I can´t beat him after watching someone doing it in youtube... then I must really suck... And anyways, even if by a miracle I beat him... how the hell am I going to get past the other 12 colossus ?!?!My final attempt was simply googling "how to beat the first colossus"... and then I find this, and I think... well, maybe I too, simply suck at video games... Shadow of the colossus is now in the back of my game collection, and I´m not too sure if it will ever be played again.
